Creativity is basis for life .. we do it every day to live in this world, you may not have thought about it in this way. Be more conscious of what you are creating in every area of your life.

 

Are you creating drama or happiness and purpose?

 

-         Sense of purpose in life

-         Creativity is very important for mental health and physical health

-         Helps heart rate go down

-         Breathing more relaxed

-         Helps keep a positive focus on your mind – like a meditation

-         Good for anxiety and depression – I feel it’s certainly a antidote for anxiety – if I wake up in middle of the night and start to go into my about things causing my to worry .. I will at least think of a project or something that I am doing or would like to do.

 

Embody Happiness by being Creative

 

-         Even doodling or playing music can get you into a flow and increase happiness, releasing dopamine

-         Reduces dementia

-         Some sort of creativity done regularly can help create a stronger immune system .. helps with Lymphocyte count (they help your body’s system fight cancer and foreign viruses and bacteria in the body)

-         Helps with left – right brain cognition  

-         Not just painting or art, there are sooo many ways to be creative.

 

Be the Artist of your life in many ways

 

Painter, furniture making, making jewellery, writing, blogging, acting, cooking, photographing, hair-styling, styling of anything, drawing, doodling, gardening, sewing, collecting of things, designing an event. Actually there are no boundaries!

 

What did you love to do when you were small, what were you drawn to? This can sometimes be an important clue to help you get your creativity and fun flowing.

 

In our time now nothing is certain … for anyone! Your creativity is key to help you move forward .. to create your future that you want.
