Why do we need to learn how to meditate and what is the importance of intuition?

Meditation plays a pivotal role in calming and slowing down the overactive mind, helping improve mental health. It's a vital gateway in enhancing and enriching every level of our being, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Meditation is one of the ways to help us hear and strengthen intuition giving clarity to our heart and mind.

You and I were born with intuition, that quiet voice inside of us that guides us in our everyday life. What can happen over time, slowly but surely this voice can become quieter or even silenced.

We always need logic to help run our lives but we should never underestimate the brilliance of our intuitive nature.
If we learn to trust that quiet voice inside or that quick gut feeling, we can often make decisions with much greater ease and confidence.

In this workshop you will be participating in different meditations, gaining awareness and recognising different energies, also intuition building exercises and tips to assist you in your everyday life.

I have been meditating for 40yrs and I will be sharing some of my insights, knowledge and experience in this area.For those who are beginners, starting in a group can be very helpful for those that may feel challenged sitting still for periods of time.
