By using this website or registering for any services offered by Thrive Therapies, you are automatically agreeing to abide by the Terms and Policies. We reserve the right to make any changes to our Terms and Conditions, website or policies at any time without prior notice.

Booking

You can either book an appointment by emailing me at by Booking Online at www.tebeth.com/contact. You will be able to choose your preferred appointment type and follow the prompts to book.

Rescheduling

I understand that life can get busy, unexpected situations can come up and appointments may need to be rescheduled. You will find a rescheduling link in your confirmation email, which you can click anytime up to 24 hours before your session.

If you need to reschedule after this time please email me at tebeth@thrivetherapies.com.au as soon as possible and I will do my best to organise a time that is suitable for both of us. Please note cancellation/rescheduling fees apply if you provide less than 24 hours notice (see below).

 

Last Minute Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens and we understand that. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible! Please remember that your appointment time has been allocated especially to you, and all appointments require some preparation time. Please be respectful and provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule, this will also allow other clients in need of care a chance to book in.

Fees apply if less than 24 hours notice has been provided

Fees:

  • Less than 24hrs notice when cancelling/rescheduling will be charged 50% of total session price (i.e. cancellation of a 1.5hr session will incur a $50 fee)

  • ‘No-show’ (not showing up to your appointment & failing to get in touch prior) will be charged the full session price (i.e. 1.5hr session will incur an $100 fee).

  • If you have already paid for your session in advance you will be promptly refunded minus the above cancellation fees.

 

Refunds

A full refund will be provided if any session has been cancelled by Tebeth.com

If you have paid in advance for your session and cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will be promptly issued a full refund. If you provided less than 24 hours notice you will be refunded minus the any cancellation fee (please see above).

Refunds will not be provided for any service after they have been provided.

 

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Depending on how late you arrive, there may not be enough time left to complete a full session. Regardless, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the appointment you scheduled.

 

Payment For Services

Full payment for services will be required either prior to your appointment, or on the day of your appointment. The following payment methods are accepted at your appointment:

  • Cash

  • Paypal

  • Square payment system
