In my early life I experienced major trauma, which drew me to to look deeper to understand myself and the world around me…. I started studying mental/emotional/spiritual healing when I was 20yrs old to help myself. It certainly was challenging, for back then I had no one really to talk to about the experiences I was having. Over time the more I understood, the more unanswered questions the greater, amazing, ongoing mystery!
There was always a energy or force leading me forward, I felt magnitised to this path, no going back! In time this journey led me to work in the Personal Development and Metaphysical world for 25 years, learning many modalities and disciplines including Sekhem Energy healing, meditation, mindfulness, and in the last 18 years with Clinical Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Life Guidance Readings, Kryia Yoga and Form Reality.
I love assisting clients with their Personal/Spiritual growth supporting and empowering them to embrace their own authentic self with their unique talents, gifts and abilities, to be the master of their own reality.
I also service a local and global community, this has included international community radio, producing and hosting my own show in 2012 ‘Create, Inspire, Love 101’, on the Angel Heart Radio Network. The show highlighted people from around the globe who have been led to follow their passion and purpose in life.
This work gave me a deep sense of satisfaction and joy as l love to inspire people, helping them let go of old beliefs and expand their vision of themselves and the world around them.
After an 11yr break I was very happy to say I came back in 2021running a fortnightly live show on FB with Angel Heart Radio. These included guest interviews and important topics that go to the heart of the matter, to help,uplift and inspire those who listen. While I am no longer on AHR, you can find some of these recordings in the video section.
In my work I use all the modalities I have learnt to bring a wide range of people the help they need in order to experience clarity and acceptance in their lives...no matter when or where the experiences have taken place. Time and space have no boundaries.
I am also a facilitator of 'Conversations the Inspirational Experience’, which is a unique experience of opening doorways to authentic communication and connection with other like minded people.
On my own journey I have faced many challenges and I have learnt the importance of and the value of accepting both the joys and the challenges in life.
I have the understanding, compassion, and knowledge to assist my clients with their own unique journey. I remain committed to my personal growth and expansion of consciousness and love to support others on their own journey.
Most importantly, the lesson learnt over the years is that Love that is the only true Power.
Our Soul is a powerful expression of this limitless energy and when you connect with this Love, it is possible to experience and hold the Peace within you now, even through this time of rapid change in the world.
